Property is not "under contract" until I receive signed contract from the bank (which typically takes 24-48 hours after verbal approval). Make sure your clients sign everything. Also, the only portion you need to fill out on the commission section is your commission which is 2.5% of the sales price. I will fill out remainder when I receive your offer. The seller requires the buyer to use their title company which is normally Premier Title in Salt Lake. I will send you that information once we are under contract.
